Oscar Farinetti is an Italian entrepreneur and innovator, founder of Eataly, a project that has revolutionized the world of gastronomy and food retail. Born in Alba, Piedmont, he began his career in the distribution sector, becoming a reference point in the food & beverage industry. His vision came to life in 2007 with the opening of Eataly in Turin, a concept that combines food, culture, and sustainability, quickly becoming a global phenomenon with stores in Italy, the United States, Japan, and other countries.

Before Eataly, Farinetti founded UniEuro, a consumer electronics chain, which he later sold in 2003. His career is marked by an innovative approach to blending tradition and modernity, with a strong commitment to product quality and supporting Italian agricultural supply chains.

Over the years, Oscar Farinetti has also become an active supporter of sustainability and responsible eating, using his global platform to raise awareness about the need for conscious and healthy nutrition.
