Trainers are able to translate Monday's executives' experiences into a common factor experience for participants.

How was your experience with the Leadership Academy?
In general, I really liked it, it went very well and very well suited to my needs at the moment. Both the themes and the mode are very useful, the testimonials have been incisive and I am really satisfied.
What struck you about the Wibo sessions?
With the Executives, I really liked having a practical point of view, of specific cases experienced. I also really liked the breakout rooms because with the small group there is more exposure to each other and because there is a direct dialogue with the interlocutor. In listening to the experiences of others, I found confirmation of what is happening to me too, or different solutions and approaches that I had not yet reflected on. It was a good direct confrontation, sometimes I would have liked to have had more time.
What did you like the most and what did you like the least about peer sessions?
I struggle less! I really liked them, I found them very interesting. I really liked the professionalism and the content that both facilitators provided and the approach that was very practical and inspiring. The fact of going deep, of recalling some contents, deepening and giving additional valuable ideas.
