Vincenzo Esposito

Vincenzo Esposito holds a degree in Political Science from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome and an MBA from Henley Business School in the UK.

He is the CEO of Microsoft Italy, where he leads the subsidiary in the country’s digital transformation through the Ambizione Italia plan, which includes the development of a new Data Center region and digital training programs.

Vincenzo spent over ten years at Dell in leadership roles, including Country Manager for Italy. He also worked at Canon and Unisys.

Joining Microsoft in 2013, he held key roles at the European level before leading the Italian subsidiary. He is also a Senior Advisor at Quadrivio Group, promoting AI adoption among SMEs.
