Biography

Sara Franzoni is an expert in Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging (D&I) with extensive experience in designing corporate D&I strategies. She graduated in Human Rights from the University of Bologna in 2002, starting her career in Italy before moving to Paris in 2005, where she worked at Bowne for six years.

In 2011, she joined Yoox Net-A-Porter, where in 2019 she became Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion, managing D&I programs for over 5,000 employees globally. Since 2022, she has been Program Manager D&I at Avantor, a Fortune 500 company present in 180 countries, leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the EMEA region.

Sara earned a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2021, further enhancing her academic background in human rights. Her career is marked by a continuous commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse corporate culture.
