Marco Nocivelli

Marco Nocivelli is an industrial leader with an international vision and a deep knowledge of the Italian manufacturing fabric. He is President and CEO of Epta S.p.A., a multinational group specialized in commercial refrigeration, with offices around the world.

Under his leadership, Epta has strengthened its global presence, focusing on technological innovation, environmental sustainability, and growth through acquisitions. In addition to his role in Epta, Marco is highly active in the Confindustria system. He is currently President of ANIMA, the Confindustria federation that represents the diverse and dynamic mechanical industry, and also leads the Industry and Business Technical Group of National Confindustria, contributing to the dialogue between companies, institutions, and stakeholders to promote the evolution of the Italian industrial system.

With a background in management engineering and a long experience gained between Italy, France, and Germany, Marco combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a solid capacity for strategic vision at a global level.
