Licia Mattioli

With a background in law and an early career as a criminal lawyer, Licia Mattioli has been able to reinvent herself as an entrepreneur, carrying the family brand Mattioli S.p.A. to establish itself as the excellence of Italian luxury in the world. Today she is CEO of the company, based in Turin, renowned for its ability to blend contemporary design and high goldsmithery craftsmanship.

In parallel with her corporate commitment, she has held important roles in the institutional and economic world. She was Vice President of Confindustria for Internationalization, helping to strengthen the presence of Italian companies in foreign markets. She currently sits in numerous boards of directors — from Intesa Sanpaolo to LUISS, from ISPI to the CRT Foundation — where she makes available her experience in the strategic field, innovation, and sustainable development.
