Ivan Mazzoleni

Ivan Mazzoleni holds a degree in Business Administration from SAA – School of Management, University of Turin, and a Master's in Strategic and Operational Marketing from Bologna Business School. He completed an MBA in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi and furthered his education with a Master's Degree in Platform Revolution from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master's in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School, and a Master's in Business Model Innovation from INSEAD.

He is currently the Cultural Energy Orchestrator (CEO) at Flowe, a benefit corporation of the Mediolanum Group, where he leads innovation in fintech with a strong focus on sustainability and digital finance.

Previously, he gained over 10 years of experience at Microsoft, holding leadership roles such as Business Digital Transformation Lead and Digital Advisory Lead, focusing on digital transformation and innovation strategies.

Today, Ivan is recognized as a leader in the fintech and digital sectors, thanks to his ability to combine technological innovation with a positive impact on society and the environment.
