Federico Scarsi

Federico Scarsi is a People & Culture Director with over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, gained in multinational companies and prominent local businesses. He has held leadership roles at Deliveroo, Vargas Holding, and currently leads the People & Culture team at Aira. His experience spans the entire employee lifecycle, with a strong passion for aligning business priorities with the needs of people.

Federico is also a member of the scientific committee of HR Link, a community of HR experts. He has participated as a speaker at prominent events, including the Forum of Human Resources 2020 and the Talent Acquisition Forum 2021, where he shared his vision on the importance of people in business strategy.
