Federico Scarsi is an HR Mentor with over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, gained at major multinational and local companies. He has held leadership roles at Deliveroo, Vargas Holding and led the People & Culture team at Aira. His expertise spans the entire employee lifecycle, with a strong passion for aligning business priorities with the needs of people.

Federico is also a member of the scientific committee of HR Link, a community of HR experts. He has been a speaker at major events, including the 2020 Human Resources Forum and the 2021 Talent Acquisition Forum, where he shared his vision on the importance of people in corporate strategy.
