Duccio Vitali

Duccio Vitali is the founder and CEO of Alkemy, a leading digital transformation company in Italy. He graduated in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and earned an MBA from Bocconi University. He spent more than ten years as a Partner at Bain & Co., working in the Milan, Dallas and Dubai offices within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.

In 2012, he founded Alkemy, a public company listed on Euronext STAR Milan, with offices in Italy, Spain, Serbia, the United States and Mexico. Under his leadership, the company has surpassed €100 million in revenue and has acquired firms such as Design Group Italia and InnoCV.

Since 2019, he has served as a Visiting Professor at Bocconi University, where he has taught topics related to digital transformation. In 2020, Business Insider included him in its list of the “100 People Transforming Business in Europe.”
