Chantal Tjong

Chantal Tjong is currently a Venture Partner at ERA (Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator) in New York, one of the leading international tech accelerators. She supports startups in AR/VR, retail technology, and digital innovation initiatives for large corporations. She holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam and an MBA from INSEAD.

She began her career at McKinsey & Company, where she worked for about 12 years. She contributed to the opening of the Jakarta office in 1995 and later joined the Business Technology Office in North America, advising clients in the software, manufacturing, banking, and insurance sectors. For nearly 15 years, she held leadership roles at Nike in both Europe and the U.S., leading sales teams and developing innovative digital solutions, including B2B virtual showrooms using VR technology and rule-based AI systems.

Today, she leverages her experience to support startups and companies in adopting emerging technologies and developing scalable business models.
