How to network?

Networking is hard.

It can feel like we have to fake it.

Like we’re building relationships in a lab.Like everything is purely transactional.

But if, before even thinking about what others can offer you, you start by asking yourself what value you can offer them, everything becomes easier, more natural, and way less awkward.
