Matteo Papaluca is an expert in sales leadership with over 10 years of experience in building and scaling sales teams for early-stage startups. He is the founder of Inscaler, a Fractional Sales Leadership agency that supports startups with less than $5 million in ARR. Matteo is also an Executive Member at Pavilion, a network that connects business leaders and entrepreneurs. Previously, he served as VP of Sales at ShippyPro, working closely with the CEO and co-founder on sales strategy and Go-To-Market (GTM).
